Load routes from a CSV file
One row per stop, in the order the driver should visit them (or add a stop_order column).
Required columns: route_date, driver_phone, restaurant, address.
Optional: truck, truck_capacity_gal, start_time, destination, lat, lng,
container_size_gal, office_note, location_id, order_id.
Download a blank template.
Destinations (where the oil is unloaded)
Each route's destination column must match a name here. The driver confirms or changes it at the end-of-day drop-off.
Day view
Photos for drivers
Drivers see a picture instead of words: their truck on "Your truck?", each truck part in the truck check, and each drop-off place. Until there is a photo they see an icon. Use a clear photo of the real thing, taken in daylight. (Each stop's "where's the bin" picture is the last pickup photo from that place; nothing to upload.)
Live map
Where each truck is during the shift (from the start of the day to END DAY), its trail for the day, and the day's timeline. The phones send about once a minute when they have signal; this page refreshes every minute. For the office only. Drivers are never scored or ranked.
Sent to GreaseGiant
During the shadow pilot nothing is sent: GreaseTrack builds each pickup's request exactly as it would send it and keeps it here,
so it can be compared with Detrack. The mode (off, dry run, live) and the format (GreaseTrack or Detrack) are settings
in the integration_settings table (docs/RUNBOOK.md).
